By using Pasture Threads, submitting information through the site, or purchasing Garden Start, you agree to these Terms of Service and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase Garden Start.

Seller

Pasture Threads is operated by Pasture Threads LLC. When you use this site or purchase Garden Start, you are contracting with Pasture Threads LLC, except where Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for applicable purchases as described below.

Garden Start Digital Product

Garden Start is a personalized digital gardening-planning product. It uses the information you provide, such as location, growing space, setup, goals, watering limits, trellis availability, succession interest, and crop preferences, to generate informational planning guidance.

Garden Start does not guarantee a specific harvest, yield, planting success, or outcome. Weather, soil, pests, local conditions, plant varieties, planting practices, irrigation, disease pressure, and other factors can affect results.

Pricing & Payments

Garden Start is currently offered as a one-time purchase. The displayed base price is $12 plus applicable tax. There is no subscription unless Pasture Threads clearly introduces one in the future. Prices may change in the future.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms apply to payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics handled by Paddle.

Digital Delivery & Access

Access to a personalized Garden Start plan is provided electronically after successful payment. Customers should save, download, or print their completed plan for their records. Garden Start does not currently provide a permanent customer account or promise permanent online storage of completed plans.

Acceptable Use

You may use Pasture Threads and Garden Start for lawful personal or household purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to bypass payment or access controls, scrape or automate abusive requests, interfere with site security, introduce malware, use the site for fraud or spam, infringe intellectual-property rights, or redistribute or resell Garden Start output as a competing commercial product. Normal personal saving, printing, household sharing, and use of your purchased plan are allowed.

Intellectual Property

Pasture Threads site content, branding, copy, photos, templates, Garden Start system design, and plan presentation are protected by intellectual-property laws. Pasture Threads LLC retains ownership of the service and its intellectual property. Customers may use their purchased personalized Garden Start plan for personal or household gardening use.

Service Availability

Online services may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, or contain errors. Pasture Threads does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Suspension or Termination

Pasture Threads may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, unlawful use, or repeated or serious policy violations.

Content on Pasture Threads is based on our own experiences and is provided for informational and educational purposes.
