Garden Start Information

If you use Garden Start, we collect the answers needed to build your garden plan, such as your ZIP code or general location, garden type, available space, gardening goals, watering or trellis preferences, succession planting preference, crops you choose, crops you decline, and the plan information generated from those answers. We use this information to create, display, unlock, and help you save or print your personalized Garden Start plan.

Purchases & Payment Processing

Garden Start purchases are processed through Paddle. For applicable Garden Start transactions, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and may collect and process information needed to complete payment, calculate applicable taxes, prevent fraud, issue receipts, handle refunds where applicable, and meet its legal obligations. Pasture Threads may receive purchase-related records such as customer contact information, product purchased, transaction identifiers, payment status, refund status, and access/unlock information. Pasture Threads does not receive or store full customer card details.

Website Analytics & Usage Information

Like most websites, ours may collect general usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser type, device identifiers, IP address, and the site or search that referred you. This information is used to understand which content is helpful, keep the site working, improve Garden Start, and protect against abuse.
